Senior Project Manager – Technology & Client Delivery

A rapidly growing technology-led organisation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to help deliver complex client initiatives and support ongoing expansion. This role involves guiding multiple concurrent projects, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring clients achieve strong outcomes when adopting enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead several end-to-end client delivery projects, ensuring smooth execution across all phases.

• Support clients in understanding and integrating the organisation’s technology within their own processes.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to communicate client needs, progress, and risks.

• Maintain clear project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Drive client engagement, platform uptake, and successful outcomes.

• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and on-site project activities when necessary.

• Continuously improve project management approaches, templates, and tools.

• Build durable, trust-based client relationships.

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

• Stay informed about evolving project delivery methods and business practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 10+ years of project management experience, ideally delivering complex technology or SaaS implementations.

• Strong grounding in modern delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Experience within regulated sectors or working with compliance-focused projects is beneficial.

• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous but not required.
